Description of packages we offer:

Full-Service Leasing & Management

  • Evaluate and assess fair rental value.
  • Provide marketing and advertising, to include posting property on our website and over 200 rental websites.
  • Conduct showings of property.
  • Tenant screening that includes running a credit and criminal background check, income verification, rental verification and personal references check to ensure that your property is leased by a qualified tenant.
  • Prepare Lease using (GAR) Georgia Association of Realtor based Lease with our customized addendum’s. Lease is sent to applicant for their review and signature. Security deposit is paid prior to move-in.
  • Conduct move-in walk through inspection with tenant and collect prorated/first month’s rent.
  • Collect rent, assess late fees and disperse owner payments.
  • Process all maintenance requests submitted by tenants.
  • Conduct unit inspections every 6 months to ensure that your property is being taken care of
